History 9-23-2008 The Limousine Tribe in the Nothern Part of Luzon Island in the East India Company Migrated 9-26-2008 The Count of Santa Rosa(Maiko),of the Limousine tribe, founded a diverse Christian Settlement which consisted of Caucasians(25%),Italians(25%),Malays(20%),Asian(10%) and 20% Black Slaves from the South. The Count of Santa Rosa merged w/ the counts of San Pablo,Santa Cruz,Los Cristos,San Vicente,Culion Island to form the City of Limo, each county turned to Districts. Law #1 or "Apartheid" Law #2
