In 2355, Captain Salisbury and Commander Phillipa Louvois acted as trial council in the court martial of Captain Jean-Luc Picard regarding the loss of the USS Stargazer. He argued that Picard had displayed a pattern of recklessness and complacency, leading to the destruction of the ship. The court cleared Picard of all charges.
