Doug is a cameraman who filmed the Mother Flippers FOX TV show. When asked to pixelate Homer and Bart showing their bums on camera, he replied "There aren't enough pixels in the world" to do so. Bart temporarily offered his assistance, as Doug had previously allowed him to smoke in his room. Doug later revealed Bart had in fact smoked a joint. He was also seen filming for the show Sneakers.
