Suzume Senkosan was chosen by the Sparrow Clan as their candidate for Imperial Storyteller. The Dragon Clan supported him as part of an agreement made during Winter Court at Kyuden Otomo in 1168. It also involved exchange for access to the Suzume Halls to the Dragon, and free access to the Kitsuki Libraries to the Sparrow. Senkosan was finally not chosen for the post. [citation needed]
