The unnamed Neighbour resided in a house which Lloyd Mullaney had been told by girlfriend Andrea Beckett was her address. When in July 2014 Andrea agreed to move in with Lloyd, he turned up unannounced with flowers and Steve McDonald in a borrowed van to help Andrea move her things. The man told Lloyd that he had the wrong house and upon further questioning told him that it was No. 22 they were calling at but unless his dog had changed her name to Andrea he still had the wrong house. Steve made Lloyd get back in the van where he told him a truth that he had only discovered a hour or so before - Andrea was married and not giving Lloyd her true address was part of the deception she had been playing on him for months.
