Lirahn was a female Selakar, one of the leaders of people and later a councilor of the Axis of Time. Like all Selakar, she had great psionic powers, including the ability to manipulate others' minds. In this way she had a number of Siri servants. She also used her powers to manipulate the other councilors of the Axis to her ends. She was attempting to loosen temporal trade laws so she could obtain a superweapon developed in her own time as a means of conquering the civilizations of her own time period.
