The Cobalt Shield is an that negates all knockback when the player is damaged, and grants 1 defense. It is found in Golden Chests in the Dungeon. It is useful for fighting enemies near large drops, lava, or when using Rocket Boots as it then becomes possible to fly out of caves or Chasms without being knocked back. It can be combined with an Obsidian Skull to make the Obsidian Shield at a Tinkerer's Workshop.
