The undersigned representatives of the United Sovereign Nations (USN) and the New Polar Order (NpO) agree that in all circumstances, unless certain conditions listed in Sections 2.2 and/or 4.1 come into effect, that the USN and the NpO will enter into a Friendship Pact as outlined in the following.
