The user attaches the Sylvarant Seal Card of Light to the target. After performing the hand seals, the Seal Card begins glowing. The target's Kekkei Genkai is increased in strength and speed, doubling the size of some jutsu. Before attaching the seal, the user can embed his/her chakra into the Sylvarant Seal Card of Light. The user can then throw the card and control its speed and direction. The Seal Card can be homed onto the target, instead of attaching it directly.
