Fahrars are Charr training camps. Charr cubs are sent to their legions Fahrar not long after birth where they are trained and taught the Charr social structure. After they are forced to join a warband where they attain their surnames. When a cub is sent to a Fahrar they loose all contact with their parents and must define their own fates.
