SomChai is a minor character on the HBO original series True Blood. Played by Thai-American actress Danielle Yu, SomChai makes her debut on the episode "F**k the Pain Away" in the series' sixth season. Similar to a fangbanger, she is a candidate willing to give blood in return for vampire cooperation while they participate in therapy in Burrell's Camp.
