Virgile Celiane is a Breton mystic and a member of the Mages Guild. She is initially found at their branch in Aldcroft, where she sells her wares at her stall, Sorcerous Implements. Following the restoration of the Hollow City, she can be found at her new stall, The Garden of Gems, in the marketplace.
