Vita vidder was the Swedish entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1971 in Dublin performed by the group Family Four. The country was returning to the contest after participating in the walk-out following the four-way win of 1969. The song says that many people of Northern Europe (such as Sweden) like to travel to sunny countries of Southern Europe, with beaches, sunny days and warm nights, but the band prefers the white horizons with snows of Sweden.
