Tracy Harrison is Simon Marsden's fiancée and the mother of Ty and Olivia Marsden. After her children are taken away by NYC Administration for Children's Services she tries to get them back using Bayard Ellis. When he takes too long, she kidnaps her kids after Simon suggested it and is arrested and charged. She is eventually granted custody of her kids as long as she promises to stay away from Simon for three years.
