Donnie Torch is one of the members of Louis McKnight's tank crew. He was the one who suggested looting Gracemeria Central Bank, believing that the Estovakians haven't been able to open the vault. He had insisted that he had dug a tunnel close to the banks vault. However, his plan instead led to the unplanned rescue of Lt. Colonel Victor Voychek and the Emmerian children, including Matilda Herman, and the recovery of the Golden King. A chatterbox type of guy, he is constantly talking as he drives the tank.
