Google Health was both a health search engine and a health storage volume. Google Health was discontinued on June 24th, 2011 along with Google PowerMeter because they did not scale up to Google's expectations. Google recommends Microsoft HealthVault as another health storage volume. Data was able to be modified until January 1st, 2012, and can be downloaded till January 1st, 2013, after which Google will remove all user data without another chance to back the data up.
