Minoro was a Mining World in the Imperial Capital System after the Battle of Endor and the Battle of Coruscant, on the world and its three moons there was an abundance of Lightsaber Crystals and Cloaking device crystals, also these Cloaking Crystals were unique and it seemed as though they could actually be manufactured.
