The Extra Inventory Bags are displayed below the Character Information and Inventory. The display of these can be toggle using the Open/Close Material Bag button (in the Inventory buttons at the bottom right of the Inventory window). You can transfer items from an Extra Inventory Bag to your Inventory. Items must be in your Inventory before you can use or consume them.
