Foundersville is the second largest and capital city of the Kingdom of Washingtonia. The city is one of the oldest in Washingtonia, and was established at the location of the signing of the Friendship Agreement, thus explaining the city's former name, Signing. Signing is still a neighborhood in Foundersville. The name "Foundersville" was chosen by John I in 1891 to honor the founders of the nation at the Kingdom's 100th Anniversary.
