The Core Empire Council, also known as CorEmp, is the trans-solar government run and backed by SolGov. The Imperial President for Life and Decon of Earth and Luna is the supreme authority over the CorEmp, and under him is the Imperial Council whos members represent the different systems loyal to the CorEmp.
