Ensign Velex was a male Troyian Starfleet security officer in the late 24th century. He had bright green skin and close-cropped coppery hair. In 2384, Velex served aboard the USS Enterprise-E as part of its security contingent. He participated in a covert ops mission to the planet Mangala, where he was killed by Breen Spetzkar troopers.
