The 2003 Chevy Silverado 150 was a Craftsman Truck Series event held at Phoenix International Raceway on October 31, 2003. Kevin Harvick won his second (and to this point final) CTS event of his career, holding off Ted Musgrave. With just one race, the points championship was tighter than ever.
