Vengal was a Navy SEAL and a member of Lt. Rick Johnson's unit. His commander, Michael Rainer regarded him as a headstrong and someone who liked to be the centre of attention. Vengal later became a suspect in Johnson's death as Johnson had been writing numerous page 13s and various other things against him due to the fact that Vengal had some phone calls to his wife who was pregnant. In addition to that, Johnson believed that Vengal wasn't suitable for a promotion. As a result, Vengal was found innocent and cleared.
