Rachel Roswell is an actor who voices Cass in Fallout: New Vegas. According to her website, Rachel started out as a stage actress and quickly turned to bartending to pay her rent after graduating from Purchase College with a degree in Dramatic Literature in 1995. Rachel describes her voice as "fun and youthful for advertising geared toward young adults. I also have a sultry and raspy sound for when a more sophisticated sound is needed. I can sound warm and caring when needed. I also have a knack for sarcasm."
