An Appeal to Basic Humanity is an in-game eBook in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. It can be found in apartment 23 of the Zelen apartment complex in Prague. The text is Talos Rucker's open letter to the public, in which he suggests forming an activist coalition that would defend the rights of people with mechanical augmentations in the post-Aug Incident world. This coalition was formed in 2028, under the name Augmented Rights Coalition.
