Bernard Jeremy is the head of the House of Jeremy as well as the Governor of Hellespont, a major city in Maar Sul. He made fun of the Scuns during the Maar Sul Ball but the Scuns mistook him for having the hots for King Gerard Aurelac. He has a daughter named Elena Jeremy who is King Gerard's girlfriend.
