The Soviet Union has a universal health-care program called Soviet Health Care University or the S.H.C.U which give everyone in the nation even the lowest of the classes health care are not turned away. The average lifespan of a Soviet Citizen is 95 years to 110 years of age. Doctors in the program are payed depending on there specialty.
