T'Pao was a female Vulcan who lived in the 24th century. Noted for strikingly beautiful features with her short black hair as well as her facial aspects giving her an almost ethereal qualtiy. In 2372, she was part of a United Federation of Planets peace initiative that met at Deep Space 9 that attempted to find a peaceful solution with the Maquis and the Cardassian Union.
