Victor Racine is a Mafia Boss who appeared in the episode "Den of Thieves". Racine allegedly killed Esposito's old partner Ike Thornton, but was not convicted because they found nobody. It turns out that Thornton faked his death, because one of Holliwell's informants at Internal Affairs pointed the finger at him.
