Aevod spear is super accurate, but weaker than the Zamorakian or Guthan's spear. Unlike other spears, it can only do a stab attack, which lowers its effectivity versus certain monsters. It's negative prayer bonus is not harmful and can be easily countered with an amulet of glory.
