The 1941 Packard Custom Super Eight One-Eighty Sport Brougham by LeBaron was one of Paulie Gatto's cars in the 1940s. In late 1945, Rocco Lampone made his bones by clipping Paulie Gatto inside this car, while Clemenza was taking a leak. Beforehand, the three went driving around in New York to look for apartments where Corleone men could stay in case the family went to the matresses. Only about 100 Sport Broughams were produced by LeBaron, one of the many prominent coachbuilders in the 1920s and 1930s to provide bodies for luxury cars.
