Buzz McCann is a former NASCAR driver from St. Paul, MN. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series events in his career. His first race came in 1960, when McCann debuted at Daytona, competing in the Daytona Qualifier event (then a points event). McCann did well in time trails, starting 9th in the race. But McCann fell out after eight laps, finished 35th, and missed the 500. He didn't fare any better when he tried to make the 500 in 1961. Starting 17th, McCann only completed one lap this go round before falling out the race, finishing last (33rd), and once again missed the big show.
