Ebony armor is a thick and rare heavy armor set in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Crafted from a form of volcanic glass found in the lava flows from Vvardenfell's Red Mountain, the armor is so named because of its opaque, jet black, glossy surface. Ebony weapons exist that complement this set.
