SCUM Lord is the fictional unnamed leader of the criminal organization SCUM (an acronym of Saboteurs and Criminals United in Mayhem). The character appeared in the 1991-92 animated television series James Bond Jr., its accompanying comic-book series, novelizations, and video-game. He is one of the series' primary antagonists and is clearly based on Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
