RTS NewsChannel (or simply NewsChannel) is a 24-hour local news service, normally a subchannel of the local RKO Network affiliated stations, launched in February 17, 2014. It is owned by RKO Television Group and operated by RKO Television Stations (both are divisions of RKO Holdings). The service's programming primarily features news and weather forecasts. Currently, some channels branded with the service are New York NewsChannel, Los Angeles NewsChannel, Miami NewsChannel, Washington NewsChannel and Gravity Falls NewsChannel.
