Paula Schaeffer is a supporting character who appeared in the 13th episode of DiC's Care Bears TV series, "Mayor for a Day". While participating in her town's annual "Mayor-for-a-Day" campaign, the contest becomes rigged by Professor Coldheart, who ends up fixing the ballots in his favor. As he begins his reign of terror by convincing all the local children to cheat and steal, Paula must team up with the Care Bears to take him down.
