The Imperator-class Carrier was the only dedicated carrier in service with the Navy of the Black Star Confederacy, and served from 6 BBY. The Muir Corporation also made use of the design starting from 14 ABY. In 17 ABY, the Confederate version was updated with antimatter reactors and a BioComp, while the Muir began their own reworking of the design in the same year, unrelated to the Confederacy's update of the design.
