The Witch and the Whirlwind was a pub on the planet Dellah within St. Oscar's University. Specifically, it was in Garland College, Bernice Summerfield's home college and she frequented the pub regularly. Many students worked at the Witch and the Whirlwind, even some Lucideans (who hated work) to pay for attendance at St Oscar's.
