The Insane Ass Clowns are a homosexual rap collective formed on April 20, 1997, consisting of Ronald Mcdonald (a.k.a. Penis Clown), Penis Bread the Clown, and Dick the Clown. Like many of their contemporaries, their lyrics are quite homosexual in nature, and often discuss having gay poopy butt sex or shoving big fat dildis up one's cornhole.
