The Naxos was a Greek freighter captained by Panagiotis Mavrogordato. Moishe, Rivka, and Reuven Russie traveled from Gibraltar to Palestine on this vessel. The ship had been scheduled to make a stop in Rome in order to sell ginger to the occupying Lizards. When they were within sight of the city, it went up in a nuclear cloud from a German sneak attack. While the people on the ship witnessed this explosion, they were not harmed by it, and the ship completed its journey without further incident.
