Tolora was the fifth planet of the Terpa System and the third and last habitable one. Because it was so far away from the sun, it was almost completely covered in ice and snow. On the surface, it was usually -18ºC, but sometimes it drew colder and rarely just above -5ºC. There were no oceans, just thick layers of ice, some of the layers being over a mile down. It's main city was called Therda, which was located where the frozen sea meets the icy land. Many ancient structures were built around the planet's land areas, but none on the ice, indicating that the planet may have been warm at one point.
