Wisconsin's 1st District, The Fightin' 1st! is represented in the 110th Congress by Republican Paul Ryan. The 1st has not yet been profiled for the 435 434 part series Better Know A District. As it has not been, yet, covered by Dr. Sir Colbert's 434 part series "Better Know a District" it can be safely assumed that Wisconsin's 1st district does not, yet, exist. Contrary to popular belief it's more likely that it is simply a space-time anomoly.
