Candin Flynn is a character off of the spin-off series, Phoenix and Fern. He is the gender-swapped counterpart of Candace Flynn. Like Candace, he always try to bust his sister, Phoenix Flynn and his stepsister, Fern Fletcher but typically fails doing it.
