Exit 23B on the Henry Hudson Parkway is quarter of a full interchange going northbound only. The "B" designation only exists going northbound as it is Exit 23 going southbound. The exit is for Broadway south, which is U.S. Route 9 and New York State Route 9A. 9A had spanned the full highway, but no leaves for Route 9. Unlike its companion, Exit 23A, this exit is a quarter cloverleaf.
