Vrook Jelmstin was an old human male Jedi master that served on the Council of Masters, he was wise and cautious and frequently preached patience and obedience to those that were hasty. He often disagreed with younger masters being placed on the council and was relentless in training and arguing with them. Vrook was one of the five masters that met Bryena on Korriban and re-established her connection to the force, Vrook and Kavar Tremo were killed instantly with force drain by Darth Ulfarn. Vrook's lightsaber was purple and he usually wielded numerous Force forms.
