Members of the Regular Force and Primary Reserve are both trained at the college. Courses delivered by the Canadian Army Command and Staff College include: * The Army Junior Officer Staff Qualification * The Army Operations Course * The Command Team Course The tactics-oriented courses are offered as training for operational command and staff duties and generally are a prerequisite for promotion for army officers of all classifications and tactical helicopter pilots.
