Street Outlaw (ストリートアウトロー, Sutorito Autorou) was a man whose obsession with cars and powerful motor vehicles drove him to develop a supernatural power which allows him to heavily modify any motor vehicle he desires just by sitting inside of it. Because of this he now wields an enormous fleet of extremely powerful, highly illegal cars which he has stolen, and is a primary target for numerous hero associations all throughout the world due to his continued evasion of the law and violation of road rules.
