Engraved Ring of Healing is the first magical item encountered by the Nerevarine in the game (if they search the basket in the Census and Excise building in Seyda Neen during the "tutorial" aspect of the game). If the Nerevarine speaks to Fargoth, they have the option of giving the item to him, in order for increased disposition with him. It can be re-obtained during the quest "Fargoth's Hiding Place," and is, according to Fargoth, a "family heirloom."
