September Dossier, also known as Iraq's Weapons of Mass Destruction: The Assessment of the British Government, was a document puplished the British Government that said Saddam's Iraq was building Weapons of Mass Destruction. This document was key in giving evidence that justified the invasion of Iraq by U.S.A, Britian and several other U.N. Nations. A Hidden Message seems to imply this document was written by the Progenitors or The Trust to trick millions into approving a war with false pretenses.
