Excella Gionne was the CEO of Tricell Africa Inc. back in 2009. She was betrayed when she was injected with Uroboros by Albert Wesker and was later killed by Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar. By 2037, Oswell E. Spencer and his remnants of the Umbrella Corporation cloned her DNA and experimented with a new virus called the Emerald Virus. She was injected with it and became a threat against Division Delta Codenamed:Anti-Virus.
